Complete Wedding Day
Coordination
We will coordinate all the details of your wedding
day. Services include:
• Meet with bride 6 weeks prior to wedding to
review vendors and create timetable
• Create bride’s wedding day schedule
• Create a ceremony and reception itinerary
for the bride and the contracted industry professionals
• Contact industry professionals client has
contracted with for this event to review specifics
regarding the wedding.
• Attend & Direct (if needed) the rehearsal
at the ceremony site.
• Wedding day: Arrive at least 2 hours prior
to ceremony and remain until couple departs
• Supervise ceremony entry and exit
• Supervise reception and coordinate details
with industry professionals
• Help take care of last minute details that
may arise
Ceremony Only Coordination
We will supervise the rehearsal and manage the ceremony
only. Includes:
• Supervision of ceremony entry and exit
• Coordination of the photo session and clearing
out of the ceremony site
• Collecting and packing your personal items,
rental items, and decorations
Reception Only Coordination
We manage the reception only. We will make sure that
your reception has been set up according to your plan,
announce the wedding party, coordinate all of the
reception events, assist photographers, and make sure
to adhere to your timetable. This is a 5 hour service.
Additional hours will be charged at an hourly rate.
Reception Set-up/Decoration
We see that your reception site and tables are set
up according to your plan and that the facilities
are clean and ready. We place your favors, place cards,
gift and guest book tables and accessories, set up
and decorate cake table, place floral arrangements,
assemble and place small rental items, etc.
Etiquette Expertise
Though the tried and true rules of tradition may still
apply, current trends and the turn of the century
have provided many different and practical interpretations
to suit the modern bride. Ever After can provide etiquette
consultation concerning everything from addressing
wedding stationary to proper wedding attire.
Time & Detail
Management
The experienced consultant can save a bride time and
legwork. Upon request, Ever After will provide monthly
calendars to keep the bride on schedule for wedding
tasks as well as follow up with her every step along
the way.
