Complete Wedding Weekend Coordination

For the bride who is ready to hand off the final details to a professional.  Ever After will pick up where you left off and tie up all the loose ends with your contracted vendors.  Services include:

  • Meet with bride at least 6 weeks prior to wedding to review vendors and create timetable.
  • Create bride’s wedding day schedule
  • Create a ceremony & reception itinerary for the bride and the contracted industry professionals.
  • Wedding week - Contact industry professionals client has contracted with for this event to review specifics regarding the wedding (provide map if needed)
  • Attend & Direct the rehearsal at the ceremony site.
  • Wedding Day:  Arrive at least 2 hours prior to ceremony and remain until the couple departs (Package includes a total of 8 hours of service on wedding day…additional hours will be billed at an hourly rate).
    • Assist with dressing of bride, attendants, & flower distribution
    • Provide a wedding day emergency kit for bride & wedding party
    • Oversee ushers during seating of the guests
    • Supervise ceremony entry and exit
    • Supervise reception and coordinate details with industry professionals including announcing the wedding party, assist photographers, and coordinate all the reception events (i.e. entrance, first dances, cake cutting, bouquet & garter toss)
    • Distribute any final payments to vendors on behalf of bride.

  • Help take care of last minute details that may arise.

Wedding Coordination PLUS++ Package

For today’s busy bride who needs help every step of the way, the PLUS++ package provides the guidance of a Professional Wedding Consultant throughout both the planning and celebration of your Wedding Day.  Includes all the services of the Complete Wedding Weekend Coordination PLUS++:

  • Planning session to discuss ideas, expectations, formality/theme, & budget.
  • Create a personalized notebook for Bride with a complete detailed calendar of events.
  • Help bride to establish and create a budget
  • Give bride guidelines for what to specify in contracts with various wedding vendors
  • Provide bride with questions to ask all wedding vendors during initial consultations including photographer, caterer, florist, reception & ceremony sites, videographers, etc.
  • List of local vendors with contact information
  • Will attend up to 8 vendor meetings with Bride or on behalf of Bride
  • Unlimited phone calls & emails
  • Monthly/weekly email reminders of “To Do” wedding tasks
  • Continuous budget update as well as payment reminders between vendors & bride.
  • Return of cake structure or other small rental items following the wedding weekend.

Hourly Consultation:

Occasionally, couples may need some help getting started, or a chance to ask questions and receive advice during the wedding planning.   We will help you organize your planning and answer any questions you might have regarding planning, organizing, negotiating, and etiquette. You might even spend your hour having us visit vendors with you. We are available at your convenience whenever you need us.
